Jeffrey Jordan joined OpenTable in 2007. He comes from eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY), where he was the president of PayPal and before that general manager of eBay North America. As president of PayPal, the Web-based payment system owned by eBay, Jeffrey was responsible for establishing the company as the global standard for online payments. Under his leadership, PayPal expanded both beyond the eBay.com marketplace and internationally, resulting in a business that had 133 million user accounts and $38 billion in payment volume in 2006.
Prior to PayPal, Jeffrey served as senior vice president and general manager for eBay North America for five years. In that role, he helped build eBay into the Internet's leading commerce brand and led the successful acquisitions of PayPal and Half.com. From September 1998 to September 1999, Jeffrey served as chief financial officer for Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, a video rental company, and president of its subsidiary, Reel.com. Previously, Jeffrey served in various capacities at The Walt Disney Corporation for eight years, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Disney Store Worldwide. Before that, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group.
Jeffrey holds an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Amherst College. He put himself through school working as a chef at Joe Theismann's Restaurant in Northern Virginia and at Restaurant LaTerrasse and The White Dog Café in Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board of Directors of OpenTable.
Since 2002, Skip has served as the chair of the board of directors for Fair Isaac Corporation, following six years as a director. He has also served as executive chairman of Ask Jeeves, after four years as CEO of that company. Skip is currently a member of the board of directors for Netflix, Expedia, and Advent Software, in addition to OpenTable. Previously, Skip served as a director on the boards for both PeopleSoft and Barra.
Skip joined Andersen Consulting LLP (now Accenture) in 1968 and became partner in 1978. Until his retirement from the company in 1995, Skip held a series of management roles including Worldwide Managing Partner of Market Development, where he was responsible for Accenture's worldwide marketing and advertising. Skip holds a BA degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Adam Dell is the Managing General Partner of Impact Venture Partners, a venture capital firm focused on information technology investments. Prior to founding Impact, Adam was a Partner with Crosspoint Venture Partners in Northern California and a Senior Associate with Enterprise Partners in Southern California. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Adam worked as a corporate attorney in Austin, Texas with the law firm of Winstead Sechrest & Minick. He received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Economy from Tulane University and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Adam's investments include: Buzzsaw (ADSK), HotJobs (YHOO) and Connectify (KANA). He currently serves on the board of directors of XO Communications (XOCM.OB), MessageOne and OpenTable and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Santa Fe Institute. Adam teaches a course at the Columbia Business School on business, technology and innovation and is a contributing columnist to the technology publication, Business 2.0.
Prior to joining Benchmark Capital in March 1999, Bill spent two years as a partner with Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Before entering the venture capital business, Bill spent four years on Wall Street, as a top-ranked research analyst. He served for three years at CS First Boston where he focused on the personal computer hardware and software business, and worked for one year as an Internet analyst where he was the lead analyst on the Amazon.com IPO. Bill was also a member of the 1995 and 1996 Institutional Investor's All-America Research Team. Prior to his investment career, he was a design engineer at Compaq Computer and a marketing manager at Advanced Micro Devices. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS in computer science from the University of Florida.
Thomas Layton served as CEO of OpenTable from 2001 to June 2007. During his time as CEO, OpenTable dramatically expanded its number of restaurant partners from 500 to 7,000. Online reservations also grew to 2 million per month. In June 2007, Thomas was appointed CEO of Metaweb Technologies, a company developing new infrastructure for building applications and sharing data on the web.
Previously, Thomas was a co-founder of CitySearch, Inc. which later merged with Ticketmaster and is now a subsidiary of USA Networks. Prior to his experience at Ticketmaster-CitySearch, Thomas was with Score Learning Corporation, a leading educational services company, where he served first as Chief Financial Officer and later as President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1986 to 1988, Thomas was an Associate Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Thomas holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
When Danny Meyer opened New York's Union Square Cafe in 1985, he helped pioneer an exciting new breed of restaurant, pairing excellent food and wine with warm hospitality and outstanding value. Continuing his success, Danny opened Gramercy Tavern in 1994. Among his many honors are the 1996 James Beard Humanitarian of the Year Award and the IACP Restaurateur Award of Excellence.

Since December 2003, Michelle Peluso has served as CEO of Internet travel giant Travelocity. Michelle joined Travelocity following the company's March 2002 acquisition of Site59, a travel site that Michelle had launched two years earlier. In the short time between Travelocity's acquisition of Site59 and her appointment as CEO, Michelle served as Travelocity's chief operating officer and senior vice president of product strategy and distribution.
Michelle is known for her entrepreneurial spirit and also prides herself on doing the unexpected. After receiving several promotions at Boston Consulting Group, she left the business world to serve as the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Labor in Washington, D.C. Following her experience at the White House, Michelle moved on to lead the creation of Site59. Within 6 months of her start date, the company had launched the beta version of its website.
Michelle holds a master's degree in economics, politics, and philosophy from Pembroke College at Oxford University and earned her bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pressler was President and Chief Executive Officer of Gap, Inc. from September 2002 to January 2007. He also served on Gap, Inc.'s Board of Directors from October 2002 until January 2007. Prior to joining Gap, Inc., Mr. Pressler spent fifteen years with The Walt Disney Company where he was Chairman of the company's Global Theme Park and Resorts Division. Mr. Pressler previously served as President of Disneyland, President of The Disney Stores and Senior Vice President of Consumer Products. Prior to Disney, he was Vice President of Marketing and Design for Kenner-Parker Toys. Mr. Pressler is a director of Avon Products Inc. and Overture Acquisition Corp.
