Jeffrey Jordan joined OpenTable in 2007. He comes from eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY), where he was the president of PayPal and before that general manager of eBay North America. As president of PayPal, the Web-based payment system owned by eBay, Jeffrey was responsible for establishing the company as the global standard for online payments. Under his leadership, PayPal expanded both beyond the eBay.com marketplace and internationally, resulting in a business that had 133 million user accounts and $38 billion in payment volume in 2006.

Prior to PayPal, Jeffrey served as senior vice president and general manager for eBay North America for five years. In that role, he helped build eBay into the Internet's leading commerce brand and led the successful acquisitions of PayPal and Half.com. From September 1998 to September 1999, Jeffrey served as chief financial officer for Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, a video rental company, and president of its subsidiary, Reel.com. Previously, Jeffrey served in various capacities at The Walt Disney Corporation for eight years, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Disney Store Worldwide. Before that, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group.

Jeffrey holds an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Amherst College. He put himself through school working as a chef at Joe Theismann's Restaurant in Northern Virginia and at Restaurant LaTerrasse and The White Dog Café in Philadelphia. He also serves on the Board of Directors of OpenTable.

Douglas Boake joined OpenTable in 2001 from Amazon.com where he was the vice president of business and corporate development. At Amazon, he oversaw development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Prior to Amazon, Douglas was a founding member of Accept.com, where he served as the vice president of business development. Accept.com was later acquired by Amazon.

Prior to Accept.com, Douglas served as senior vice president of sales and business development at PointCast Inc., where he oversaw strategic sales and affiliate development, advertising sales, and advertising marketing for the PointCast Network. He also held the position of vice president, International at PointCast, and was president of PointCast Japan, Inc.

Previously, Douglas worked for Radius Inc. as vice president and general manager of the International division. He was also the president of Radius' wholly owned Japanese subsidiary, Radius K.K. Prior to Radius, Douglas served as managing director, Pacific Rim, for Claris Corporation and as president and representative director for Claris Japan, Inc., the company's Japanese subsidiary.

Douglas holds a BA in Managerial Science and Political Science from Rice University.

Joel Brown joined OpenTable in 2001 from Charitableway, an application service provider linking businesses and the nonprofit sector. As Executive Vice President, he built and led the business operations, product management, customer service, charity relations and account management teams.

Prior to joining Charitableway, Joel spent almost eight years at Intuit, the leading provider of Internet and desktop finance solutions for consumers and small businesses. As Vice President and General Manager, he led the re-engineering of the Financial Supplies Group's business operations which radically improved customer satisfaction, marketing effectiveness and profitability. He then built the Employer Services organization that launched a revolutionary Internet-based payroll service for small businesses.

Before Intuit, Joel worked at Power Up Software, Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (a leading operations consulting firm for hi-tech clients) and Arthur Andersen & Co. (now Accenture) doing operations and systems consulting. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Michael Dodson joined OpenTable in 2002 with more than 16 years of sales, management, marketing and operations experience from American Express and The Destination Group, a private equity investment firm.

As the vice president of the Establishment Services Division, Western Region at American Express, Michael had responsibility for marketplace and merchant development for American Express card services across thirteen western states. He successfully developed and deployed market ownership strategies to recapture leadership positions in key industries and markets throughout the west. During his 14-year tenure at American Express, Michael held positions of increasing responsibility in business and consumer product management, marketing, sales, business development, planning, and technology.

Most recently, Michael served as a principal at The Destination Group, where he was responsible for asset management and leading value added marketing and business development strategies across The Destination Group's network of investment companies and strategic partners.

Michael received a BS in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School. He has served on the boards of the California Travel Industry Association and the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Charlie McCullough leads engineering development and quality assurance for OpenTable's restaurant systems and reservation web sites. Charlie joined OpenTable in 2003 from Wink Communications, Inc., where he served most recently as executive vice president, engineering and operations. Prior to its acquisition by OpenTV in October 2002, Wink was America's leader in enhanced broadcasting and one-click commerce over television. At Wink, Charlie led the development of most of the company's engineering processes as well as all of Wink's major ports, including The Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2000, the DIRECTV system, and the Motorola DCT2000.

Prior to Wink Communications, Charlie served as vice president of engineering at two startups: Compact Devices in Campbell, CA and Passage Systems in Cupertino, CA. His career began at Sperry Univac Corporation (now Unisys) in Blue Bell, PA and advanced from a junior customer support position to a number of director-level positions, including management of an International multi-company computer system development effort; director of several product development organizations; head of a software technology Research Center; and director of product integration and testing for the commercial computer division.

Charlie has a B.S. degree in Software Engineering from the University of New York. In addition, he has extensive experience in total quality management with training from the foremost organizations in the field.

David Pritchard joined OpenTable in November 2004 to head the company's international expansion.

Prior to joining OpenTable, David, a British national, was President and CEO of The Motion Factory, a Silicon Valley startup which was acquired by Avid Technology. At Avid, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the graphics division, SoftImage.

Previously, David held a number of senior management positions in the technology industry including Vice President Europe and acting Vice President Worldwide Sales for Macromedia, Vice President Europe for Electronics for Imaging, Managing Director Europe for Claris, Apple's software subsidiary and Director of International Marketing for Lotus Development.

David holds a BSc in Management Sciences from The University of Warwick and an MBA from The Manchester Business School.

Matt Roberts joined OpenTable in 2005 from E-LOAN, a leading online lender, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. At E-LOAN, Matt led the infrastructure development to support its successful transition into a public company, overseeing the company's finance, accounting, legal and regulatory compliance departments. Under his financial leadership, revenue grew from $22 million to $134 million in 6 years.

Prior to E-LOAN, Matt served as Corporate Controller for NetDynamics, an enterprise software company. At NetDynamics, Matt built the financial team and processes that enabled the company to scale. Sun Microsystems purchased NetDynamics in 1998, yielding a substantial return to investors.

Previously, Matt held a General Manager position with Berkeley Systems, a consumer entertainment software company. As General Manager, he oversaw all aspects of the company's core screensaver products and led the transition from software to an online business model.

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Ann Shepherd joined OpenTable in 2004. Previously, she provided marketing consulting services to consumer-focused Internet companies including Amazon.com, Homestead Technologies, Shutterfly and Yahoo. Through the use of direct-response strategies, customer intelligence, and user-experience optimization, she helped her clients accelerate customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.

Prior to forming her consulting practice, Ann served as marketing director at Accept.com, an Internet-based person-to-person payment service that was acquired by Amazon.com. Earlier, as director of marketing at PointCast, she oversaw consumer marketing, identifying scalable customer acquisition programs and retention initiatives. She also managed marketing communications at Global Village Communication and coordinated worldwide product introductions at Apple Computer.

She holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and an AB degree from Duke University.

Masao Tejima joined OpenTable in 2006 from the private investment firm of T & T Corporation. Previously, he was the president of Macromedia Japan KK, from 1994 -- when he established it as a subsidiary of Macromedia Inc – until 2001. While at Macromedia Japan, now Adobe Japan, Tejima standardized Flash technology in both the mobile phone and website markets.

Prior to Macromedia, Tejima established Aldus Japan KK's joint venture with his company, SG Corporation, and Aldus. He served as the president of Aldus Japan KK until it was merged with Adobe in 1994. While at Aldus, he established the desktop publishing market with Apple, Canon and Adobe. He also established Business Software Alliance in 1992 and served as the chairman of the organization from its inception until 1994.

Previously, Tejima worked for Hakuhodo, the second largest advertised agency in Japan. There, he served as an account executive and producer of marketing services and sales promotion for a variety of clients including Japan Airlines and Mitsukan, the largest vinegar company in the world.

Tejima holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in agricultural engineering from Kobe University.

Michael Xenakis joined OpenTable in 2000 from The Clorox Company, where he managed the P&L and directed marketing efforts for 10 product lines in the Armor All division. At The Clorox Company, Michael spearheaded new product development efforts, including consumer research, technological evaluations, financial feasibility studies and competitive assessments. He was also responsible for the development and execution of the division's franchise promotion program, which increased distribution and product placement in key national accounts and drove the consumer trial of new products.

Prior to joining The Clorox Company, Michael served for six years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and held the position of captain. During his military career, he served as a flight commander at the 6931 Electronic Security Squadron in Crete, Greece and as an intelligence staff officer at the National Security Agency in Washington DC. While stationed in Washington DC, Michael was selected to represent the Air Force as a White House military social aide.

Michael holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
